Terms and Conditions of Booking
We will always be happy to refund booking fees providing we have not already incurred costs in delivering the event on behalf of the delegate.
Normally arrangements relating to the event will be made within the 28 days running up to the date on which the course is delivered. These would include arrangements for food etc. As such, any request for a refund in the 28 days prior to the event, cannot be guaranteed and if made would be entirely at the discretion of POEMS For Children.
With this in mind, we ask delegates who are unable to attend the course and wish to receive a refund to inform us of this no later than 28 days prior to the date of the course on which they have been booked.
